How we grade?

What Condition Will My Device Be In?

Every device we sell goes through careful testing and refurbishment to make sure it works like new. We follow strict quality rules, so you can trust what you're getting.

To make things clear, we use a grading system based on how the device looks—not how it performs. No matter the grade, every device is 100% functional and ready to use.

​

Condition Grades:

  • Perfect – Like new. No signs of use, perfect screen and body, original parts, and battery health of at least 90%.

  • Great – Almost flawless. Might have tiny scratches that you can’t see unless you look really close. Screens are scratch-free.

  • Good – Light signs of wear. Small scratches may be visible from up close, but the screen will still be clean and scratch-free.

  • Fair – Noticeable wear and tear. May have visible scratches or small dents, and the screen might have light scratches that show when it’s on. But it still works perfectly.

Why Don’t You Show Actual Photos of the Devices?

Since each refurbished device is unique, it’s hard to show an exact picture for every single one. But don’t worry—if you're not happy with the condition when it arrives, you have 30 days to return it or ask for a different grade.

What If My Device Doesn’t Match Its Grade?

If your device looks worse than what you expected based on its grade, click HERE to get help, and submit a service request within 30 days of delivery.

To help us sort it quickly, upload clear photos of the device from all angles. We’ll reply within 1 business day and can offer you a refund or exchange—your choice.

 

How Are Devices Cleaned and Refurbished?

Each item is fully cleaned, tested, and reset by us. All personal data is erased so you get a fresh, clean start. Batteries are tested too:

  • Phones: At least 75% of original battery capacity

  • Laptops/Tablets/Other Devices: At least 80%

​

We use either original or high-quality compatible parts from trusted suppliers. If you're not completely happy, you have 30 days to return your item for a full refund—no questions asked.
