2. Products & Descriptions

We sell refurbished technology that has been tested and graded for quality. Product descriptions include condition, specifications, and warranty information.

While we strive for accuracy, all images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
PayPal – Secure online payment with Buyer Protection.
Klarna – Buy Now, Pay Later options (see below).

Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

We offer payment options through Klarna, including:

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments
Pay in 30 days

Important Information:

Klarna is a third-party provider.
Your agreement is directly with Klarna.
Approval is subject to eligibility and a soft credit check.
Missed payments may affect your credit score.

5. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

We supply refurbished technology to businesses, schools, and organisations. If you’re purchasing as a business, please note:

Different return/warranty terms may apply (see below)
VAT invoices are available on request
Bulk pricing available – contact us for a quote

B2B customers waive certain consumer protections under UK law, including the 14-day return period.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer UK delivery and aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund (minus return shipping costs), as long as the item is in its original condition.

If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

8. Warranty

All refurbished products come with a 6 months warranty, covering technical faults not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
