Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently ship to select countries outside the UK International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
